Kurnia Dhita Madani is an Associate Lawyer with experience in litigation and corporate legal matters, combining strong legal research capabilities with practical experience in handling dispute resolution and business-related legal matters. She has experience in analyzing legal issues, preparing litigation documents, and assisting clients in navigating complex legal processes.

Her practice focuses on litigation support, including conducting legal research, analyzing case positions, and preparing various court documents such as statements of claim, responses, rejoinders, surrejoinders, conclusions, and appeal submissions. Beyond dispute resolution, Dhita also has experience in corporate legal matters, particularly related to business licensing, foreign investment (PMA), Online Single Submission (OSS), and KITAS-related matters. 

With a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta and professional training in Legal Audit Opinion Training organized by Justitia Training Center, Kurnia combines structured legal analysis with a practical understanding of corporate and litigation needs.
