Arya is an associate at BP Lawyers, focusing on corporate and commercial law. He assists clients in various legal matters, including corporate restructuring (such as in-group acquisitions and shareholders agreements), limited legal due diligence (particularly related to property and licensing), as well as drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements and oil and gas field operations. 

Prior to his current role, Arya was a secondee to a business group, where he supported the company’s legal functions. His responsibilities included negotiating business agreements, advising on manpower matters, and assisting in the establishment of new entities.
