Afif Kurniawan is a licensed advocate under the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), focusing on civil law and litigation. Since 2021, he has handled cases related to breach of contract, torts, land and inheritance disputes, and industrial relations. He is experienced in assisting clients through legal representation, demand letters (somasi), civil lawsuits, and dispute resolution in court.

Afif has worked on various civil and commercial cases at the district, industrial relations, and commercial courts. His work includes preparing legal documents, giving legal opinions, and handling execution of court decisions. He is also involved in mediation, arbitration, and out-of-court settlement efforts. His strengths lie in legal drafting, analytical thinking, and clear communication to provide effective legal solutions.

Afif began his legal career as a paralegal before becoming an Associate Lawyer at Edan Law, Malang. He holds a law degree from UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, graduating with honors. Outside of legal practice, he is active in community and organizational work, managing external relations and leading legal discussions in community forums.
