Empowering Inclusive Growth Through Knowledge & Legal Confidence
The training program for persons with disabilities, organized by Terala Foundation, supported by British Council, and in collaboration with the Government of Depok, brought participants together to strengthen their professional and entrepreneurial readiness.

Led by expert facilitators, the sessions covered Effective Communication and Business Legality, providing practical tools that help participants navigate opportunities with greater confidence. In this session, Sekar Ayu Primandani, Partner at BP Lawyers, delivered a focused and accessible module on Business Legality, guiding participants through the essential legal foundations needed to start, manage, and grow a business with confidence.Â
The program also opened with a personal reflection on overcoming barriers, reminding everyone that when individuals invest in their skills and build the right foundation, new possibilities begin to unfold.
More than a training, this initiative represents a movement toward real economic inclusivity, a collective effort to ensure that persons with disabilities have access to knowledge, opportunity, and a supportive community that believes in their potential.
Together, we continue to create pathways where capability is recognized, empowerment is nurtured, and every voice has the strength to shape meaningful progress.
