Kementerian Hukum dan HAM pada akhir Februari 2023 mengumumkan bahwa bagi perusahaan yang belum melaporkan informasi beneficial owner (BO) atau pemilik manfaat, maka akses pada Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum (SABH) dan aplikasi bo.ahu.go.id akan diblokir oleh sistem secara otomatis.
Pemberitahuan ini berlaku secara khusus bagi badan usaha berikut: perseroan terbatas (PT), yayasan, dan perkumpulan.
Berikut adalah poin-poin terkait cara untuk membuka blokir akibat belum melaporkan informasi BO yang telah dirangkum oleh BP Lawyers Counselors at Law dalam Client Alert edisi Maret 2023.

Client Alert — Corporations Blocked due to Not Reporting Beneficial Owner
The Ministry of Law and Human Rights announced at the end of February 2023 that the access to the Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum (SABH) and the bo.ahu.go.id application will be automatically blocked by the system if companies have not reported beneficial owner (BO) information yet.
This notice applies specifically to the following business entities: limited liability companies (PT), foundations, and associations.
